Our Process
We have a 7-step process to build a customized total wealth plan that communicates tax, legal, and long-term personal and family goals. Our process includes reviews for a plan that is dynamic and adaptable to your goals and needs when they change.

Discovery Meeting
We learn about you, your vision, values, and what’s important to you. We seek to understand any special concerns/challenges. We discover how we can add value. We communicate our wealth process.

Investment Strategy
Approximately 7 days from initial appointment We determine your risk tolerance. We gather data, documents, and statements for analysis. We analyze current investments and develop a financial strategy.

Investment Strategy Meeting
Approximately 14 days from initial appointment. We present an investment proposal and discuss fees. We decide to implement solutions and sign documents where needed.

Implementing Strategy
Approximately 20 days from initial appointment We transfer existing assets and execute agreed upon strategy.

Follow-Up Meeting
Approximately 45 days from initial appointment. We review statements and online resources, organize paperwork, and develop a schedule for future meetings. We schedule our next wealth management meeting.

Develop Wealth Management Plan
60 - 90 Days from initial appointment We coordinate with your other advisors (e.g. attorney and CPA). We plan for your retirement and consider education planning strategies. We provide and review insurance and liability management through Wells Fargo affiliates.* We assist with business succession planning, address any charitable giving missions, and discuss estate planning strategies and family dynamics.

Scheduled Process Review
We host performance and investment reviews to review your wealth management plan. We perpetually evaluate our service and ask about life changes, needs, and objectives. We continue with insurance and liability management through Wells Fargo affiliates.*
